V DE VIRGO

At Torre do Frade, the 2017 harvest revealed a Virgo with an extraordinary profile and a more complex structure than usual. They challenged us to “create a label that communicates a wine ahead of its 'father'”. Thus was born V de Virgo, “an evolved relative, with an elegant and striking image, that communicates a solid wine, from a more experienced generation that knows what it wants.”

Perpetuating the concept of the family to which it belongs, V de Virgo is also a blank page, waiting to be explored. Embroidery, as a symbol of tradition and excellence, gives the label the identity of this family member and the creative expression so characteristic of the brand.

The briefing was given in a very informal way, but well laid out and very strong from an emotional point of view. Sandra captured the message perfectly, in a graphic level as well as conceptual. She created a proposal that not only responds to what was asked of her but also raised the brand to another level of excellence.

To understand the impact that Brava had on our recent life, after V de Virgo we ended up changing the design of all our labels in the Virgo and Petit Virgo range. The result is evident in terms of the perception of value and also economically, with significant increases in sales.

Another very important point, if not the most relevant of all, is Sandra’s personal approach, both in customer service and in the availability and responsiveness.
